How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Usual shipping times for:
- France: 2-5 days
-French overseas department: 11-18 days (estimated times that may vary in times of crisis)
- Europe: 3-10 days
- rest of the world: 3-14 days
All our shipments are insured by La Poste as lettre suivie or colissimo.
Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company.

Absolutely! Our website is a secure https site, and the payment can be done by credit card directly on the site via the secure Stripe payment platform.
Payment options are credit card, apple pay and amex.
